deal with the ideal candidate. To reduce the impediments associated with relocating
candidates, a suite of value added relocation services are available.
Cost-of-Living Analysis/City Profile. We use current profiles of more
that 700 U.S. and Canadian cities to determine the net effect that relocation
to North America will have on an employee's income.
Home Marketing. To help in any home move, our MRI will offer advice
in the selection of top estate agents to work with each employee. Agents develop
a comprehensive market review, marketing plan and other professional information
and support to sell homes quickly and efficiently.
Home Finding. This service matches the new employee's desired home and
community characteristics with similar attributes in the new area. Elements include
phone counselling, area information kits, community tours, counselling and referral
services for childcare, elder care and spouse employment.
Mortgage Services. Employees may receive special access to leading national
lenders, mortgage counsellors, closing cost savings, credit for accompanying spouse
income, and qualification letter for a quick loan decision.
Reduced Moving Costs. Through a move management program, the candidate
or the client may benefit from special discounts negotiated by MRI in association
with a National & International Removal Companies.
Other Services. The following services are also available to the client
or the candidate: address change notification; assistance in finding temporary
corporate housing or home rentals; investment, planning and insurance counselling;
